July 15: RUDC Committee Meeting

RSVP Online! Our Regional and Urban Design Committee (RUDC) will meet on Friday, July 15, 12-1pm at the Center for Architecture. Open to all AIA Honolulu members (brown bag lunch)

The role of the AIA Honolulu RUDC committee is to review, discuss and advocate for positions on various urban design issues that affect our built environment and the communities we serve.

Register with APA Hawaii: AIA Honolulu Members are welcome to join APA Hawaii for their monthly presentation on Wednesday, July 6, 12:00-1:00pm, at the Center for Architecture.

Topic: Living on the Edge: Adapting to Coastal Hazards and Climate Change in Hawai'i. Come hear Brad Romine, PhD talk about coastal hazards and climate change in Hawai'i.

AIA Honolulu members receive the APA member fee for $10/members.


July 20: ASLA, LICH, APA & AIA Pau Hana at Shirokiya

RSVP with ASLA Online! The Hawaii Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA Hawaii) organizes a monthly Pau Hana with the Landscape Industry Council of Hawaii (LICH) members monthly. For the July Pau Hana at Shirokiya Ala Moana on July 20 at 5:30pm, they are inviting AIA Honolulu members to join them! Their goals is for this event to become a great way for our sister organizations to meet, network, and hopefully springboard into other collaborative and fun events.  For questions please email Rachel Katzman.
