RIM Hawaii's Jonathan Sim, AIA NCARB, Promoted to Associate
Congratulations to Jonathan Sim, AIA NCARB in celebrating his promotion to Associate with RIM Architects Hawaii . Over the last four years, Jonathan has contributed significantly to the RIM Hawaii office, providing guidance and leadership to the design staff, as well as setting an excellent example of customer service to our clients. After 10 years of design experience in Washington D.C. and Hong Kong with several global architecture firms, Jonathan returned home in 2012 to Hawaii and joined RIM Architects.

Dolan's owners reveal details about newest Chinatown restaurant" it was mentioned that when the owners secured a loan from Hawaii National Bank for the build-out, one of the renovations include the addition of a 31-foot handcrafted bar custom made by Wayne Kieselbach of Kieselbach Woodworks.

This AIA National webinar will explain the possibility for residential architects to provide written content to local newspapers, lifestyle magazines, design blogs, etc. The opportunity can be developed either as part of a local AIA CRAN or SPP group or as an individual practitioner. They will cover how to establish the opportunity, the types of topics that are most likely to resonate with news outlets and their readers, and how AIA members can be part of the Institute’s overall public awareness campaign by helping to explain the role of architects in residential design.
